So to start off I like your soft background, its very simple and add to the picture. Your line art has smoothness and niceness to it but in some parts like the face and stomach feel very flat and one dimensional. The legs and ears are very nice looking though. The shading isnt bad, its not overly harsh looking which is a good thing but at some parts it looks as though it needs some work, like under her chin looks like it could use some work. The only other comment that might help is maybe work on your tail and hair lighting, it looks very distracting how its laid out right now, and I paid more attention to what is going on with the hair than the whole picture as a whole.
