Feeny the Meanie tempted me into joining in #Lilys-Bootcamp. So here is my Day Four entry. Moar Dashie!

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactThe expression fits her personality very well, but her nose/mouth is very boxy making her look like a stallion and causes the, "d'aww," factor to be lowered. Unless you were doing that on purpose to make her seem like even more of a Tomboy in which case I understand despite not being as show accurate.
I would suggest looking/taking some high resolution screenshots of her from the Cutie Mark Chronicles to reference and also if you use Illustrator to learn about the width tool, as it is extremely useful for getting the sharp strokes uses on her tail, wings, mane, ears etc. [link] This screenshot should be very useful.
I tend to love any pictures with filly Rainbow Dash and overall you did a great job with just some minor errors that everyone who makes vectors has made at one point or another... myself included.
