Lyra - Finding your Voice by Sintakhra Lyra - Finding your Voice by Sintakhra
I wanted to try something new, and I decided to try doing a reading of a fanfiction. The fanfic which was chosen (entirely random of course, never read it before in my life) was "Finding your Voice" by Kobalstromo and was a very nice reading actually.

I hope I did the reading justice, But i very much doubt it. It'll be uploaded to youtube shortly. I decided to do a vector coverart for it, it uses the same pose as one of my latest tumblr answers but once again, I hope it does it justice.

You can check out the fanfiction here: [link]

Love your voice! You should do a fallout Equestria reading. If you have a week of free time that is.

Not bad for your first reading. My only real suggestion is read the story a few times before you record so you aren't stumbling over words. Other than that and we're getting into minutia like imitating the VAs to sound more like the characters and delving into character acting technicalities.

All that will develop over time, anyways. For now, the best thing I can say is it never hurts to reread your story out loud, and focus on the areas that give you the most trouble.
